Group Fitness Programs- Join a group to stay motivated and accountable to your fitness goals. Classes are fun, inspiring and allows you to connect with others on the same wellness path. Registered programs and drop in classes available.
Gym Therapy- Book the studio for your own private workout time. No trainer, no group- just you and the iron.
Private Individual Training- Hire a trainer to lead you through your own private, specific workout. Limited Availability.
Private Small Group Training- Hire a trainer to lead you and up to 4 friends in your own private group workout. Limited Availability.
